Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


 

Exchanges for Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the value of your purchase. This credit can then be used to place a new order.

The fastest way to get what you want is to request an exchange, return the item, and then use your store credit for a separate purchase.

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for store credit, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above.
