Processing & Handling
- All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- We currently ship only within India.
- Delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- All shipments are fulfilled via our trusted partner Delhivery.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
- A flat rate of ₹80 applies on orders below ₹2000.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
- You can track your package directly through Delhivery’s portal or the link provided.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
- Traffe is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
