At Traffe, we take pride in delivering your apparel with care and reliability. Please read our shipping terms below for a smooth experience.


Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • All shipments are fulfilled via our trusted partner Delhivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
  • A flat rate of ₹80 applies on orders below ₹2000.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
  • You can track your package directly through Delhivery’s portal or the link provided.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
  • Traffe is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Your order ID

    • Clear videos showing the issue

  • Claims without supporting video evidence may not be eligible for replacement.
